Abstract

This study examined the relationship between workplace informal relationships and job satisfaction of the Nigeria hospitality industry in Port Harcourt. Cross sectional research design was adopted in studying one hundred and three (103) employees from a total number of one hundred and thirty-nine employees from 12 selected hotels in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
