Abstract

Academics and business experts agree that digital leadership can give companies a competitive advantage. The qualities, methods, and proficiencies of a successful digital leader are the main focus of this study. It looks at the role that digital leaders play in implementing the business model innovation and organizational change required for a successful digital transformation. As a result, the goal of the current study was to investigate the connection between business expansion and digital leadership as a necessary component of organizational success in the industrial sector. The study data was analyzed and its hypotheses tested using structural equation modeling, or SEM. The study discovered that digital leadership has a favourable effect on the organization's performance and company expansion. Additionally, it demonstrated that the organization's performance was positively impacted by both innovation capabilities and business growth. Furthermore, the study has demonstrated that the relationship between digital leadership and an organization's performance is mediated by company growth. Therefore, in order to enhance the performance of the organization, the research helps to provide a conceptual framework backed by empirical data for the creation of transformational leadership theory supported by models based on innovation.
