Abstract
The study examined balancing demand and supply of educational resources for quality service delivery in basic education schools in Rivers State. Three research questions and three null hypotheses guided the study. A descriptive survey design was used for the study. A sample of 120 respondents was selected using purposive and stratified random sampling techniques.
