Abstract

This study examined the impact of hand good on organizational performance in public hospitals in Rivers State. Cross sectional exploration design was espoused in studying two (2) public hospitals in Rivers State (i.e University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital and Braithwaite Memorial Hospital). From the field check, we recaptured and anatomized two hundred and fifty- nine (259) sets of questionnaire using Spearman’s Rank order correlation measure to determine the association between the variables as well as retrogression logical tool in determining the unproductive connections being among the variables. The findings revealed that the confines hand good videlicet; cerebral good, physical good and social good displayed significant relationship with organizational performance measures, videlicet; organizational commitment and hand intention to quit the job. We also concluded that the hand good affected organizational performance within the association. This led to our recommendation for public health institutions and other corporation on how essential it's for organizational leaders and directors to adequately produce enabling working terrain for healthier geste within the association so as to help bad practices that would in turn affect in unfavourable issues similar as hand development for the association.
