Abstract
The study investigated the effects of discovery teaching method on students' achievement in mathematics in secondary schools in Delta North Senatorial District. Five (5) research questions were raised and five (5) hypotheses were also formulated for the study. A quasi-experiment design was employed for the study. The population of the study is 28,324Mathematics students in Delta North Senatorial District, Delta State.
