Publication Ethics Notice: Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL AUTHORS

International Journal of Advanced Academic Research is committed to maintaining the highest standards of research integrity and publication ethics. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must represent the authors' original work and must not contain plagiarized, fabricated, falsified, or previously published material unless appropriately cited and disclosed.

The journal operates a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and other forms of publication misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying text, ideas, tables, figures, images, or data from another source without proper acknowledgment.
  • Submitting another person's work, in whole or in part, as one's own.
  • Reusing substantial portions of one's own previously published work without appropriate citation or editorial approval (self-plagiarism).
  • Duplicate or redundant publication.
  • Manipulation, fabrication, or falsification of research data.
  • Unauthorized use or misappropriation of another researcher's data or unpublished work.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening and editorial review. Where concerns arise before or after publication, the journal will conduct a formal investigation in accordance with its publication ethics procedures.

Where plagiarism or other publication misconduct is confirmed, the journal reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

  • Reject the manuscript.
  • Retract the published article.
  • Publish a correction, expression of concern, or retraction notice.
  • Notify all authors of the findings.
  • Notify the authors' affiliated institution(s), employer(s), funding agency(ies), or other relevant bodies where appropriate.
  • Decline future submissions from the responsible author(s) for a period determined by the Editorial Office or permanently in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

By submitting a manuscript to International Journal of Advanced Academic Research, all authors confirm that:

  • the manuscript is original;
  • it has not been plagiarized or submitted elsewhere for publication;
  • all sources have been appropriately acknowledged;
  • all listed authors have made a genuine scholarly contribution and approve the submission; and
  • they accept responsibility for the integrity of the work.

The Editorial Office is committed to protecting the integrity of the scholarly record and will take appropriate editorial action whenever publication ethics violations are identified.
